Spring 2025 Training groups

  • Run SC Fast Feet Powered by CRC

    Run SC Fast Feet Run Club powered by CRC is a run training program that is dedicated to getting people off the couch and running in the Rock Hill and Fort Mill area. Run SC is designed for all levels of runners who are looking to build endurance and take their running to the next level. We offer beginner running programs starting with the Couch to 5k program as well as intermediate and advanced training programs up to the half and full marathon. The potential is limitless.

  • CRC Spring Half Marathon/10K Training Group

    Coached Group Run Opportunities on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays each week

    $79 Registration Cost, includes Training Plans, Group Runs (including water coolers for all long runs), short sleeve tech tee, technical running socks, Yoga for Runners classes, Injury Prevention Clinics, CRC store discount for the duration of the training season, discount to register for Charlotte Racefest, and more!

  • Moresville 5k Training Club

    Choose between two training programs: Couch to 5k and an intermediate training plan. This is an affordable and fun way to achieve your goals, make new friends, and stay accountable all season long.
