Scott Dvorak’s passion for running ignited in high school after a challenge from his brother led him to compete in a local 5K. This experience propelled him into a lifelong commitment to the sport, including competing in college and running professionally for 10 years. In 1999, Scott opened the first Charlotte Running Company store, transitioning from a career in graphic design and web development. When he's not working or running, Scott enjoys playing guitar, gardening, traveling, riding his 2004 URAL tourist sidecar motorcycle, and spending time with his family and dog.
