We're here to get you stronger! These winter sessions at Boyce Road Park are meant for middle and high schoolers looking to keep moving forward. After cross-country season, some need a bit of a step back before spring track. Some need to get in shape for spring track or other spring sports. Everyone needs to get stronger, dial in the basics, and focus on the future. Forward Motion Winter Sessions are 90-minute workouts 2 times a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 4:00 pm. They'll consist of runs, drills, strength, and personal attention for every participant. They are appropriate for all levels and all types of athletes because we make it that way. We will have multiple coaches, different workouts and runs, and tips from experienced athletes.
