DONNY FORSYTH

Donny Forsyth has had a passion for running since childhood and rekindled that love after college, where he started training with his older brother Andy, who was involved in triathlons. Donny's key to success in running is the advice he's followed to surround himself with good training partners who keep him accountable. When he's not running or working, Donny enjoys cycling, particularly mountain biking. Over the last five years, he's explored incredible trails both out west and closer to home, where the Dupont and Pisgah trails, just two hours from Charlotte, stand out as some of his favorites.
